The best buying experience we’ve had to date. We were able to do a lot of the pre-work before driving 40 minutes to the dealership. Once we got there, we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Joey was fantastic to work with (the guy in finance was great too - sorry I don’t remember your nam 😬)

Coughlin Chillicothe service department has always served our family well. this past week we had our daughters 2013 GMC Terrain in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Her windshield washer fluid was empty on arrival and our receipt said all work performed and all fluids topped off. However when she got home she told us it was not working so i checked and it was still empty. Not a huge deal but makes you wonder what other boxes are just being checked off without truly being completed. thank you.

This service call was the third time I had to bring my vehicle back for the same service. I always received a somewhat flip attitude when I questioned what was the issue. The service rep would say not sure if it was a bad gasket or the mechanic didn't know what he was doing. I had to ask to have my oil change mileage changed. My vehicle had 4 oil changes since the end of May.

Great experience

I went in for an oil change. I was in an out in a timely manner, which is always a plus! Service Advisor Jamie Cottrill is always Smiling, Super friendly and very helpful!!

I was kind of disappointed. There wasn’t much of a timeline given, and the process ended up taking hours longer than anticipated. The price I was given for my front breaks was almost double what I paid for my back breaks to be done at another dealership. Lastly, I had 2 small kids with me and it was freezing out that day. The “kids area” was tiny and didn’t have much to offer. I couldn’t get the tv to work and no one ever came to turn it on or ask if we wanted it on. I think what really aggravated me the most was when I inquired about a loaner or test driving something so I could go get lunch and take my kids somewhere, I was told there were no options. One salesman was nice enough to drive us to get lunch, but that didn’t help much in the grand scheme of 5 hours. I just wasn’t very impressed with the whole experience and consideration for customer convenience. Especially at a more expensive price.

They got me in on time for my apt. I had to do this on company time because there were no Saturday appointments. Completely my fault for waiting so late to schedule it. However my apt time was 8:30am and I didn’t leave there until almost 10am. Which I felt was a long time. When I drop my vehicle off on a Saturday and leave it. It’s usually within a half hour to 45 minutes and I am getting a call to come pick it up. So that was my only complaint. I felt it was a long wait.

All of the folks in sales and service are excellent. Except the young man that I dealt with. He was sarcastic and acted like I was gullible or dumb. Didn’t care for the way he acted from the beginning. I have had several interactions with Kent and Jamie. They are always professional and helpful. This individual made me want to take my service needs elsewhere.

Air was not added to the tires. Windshield washer fluid was not added as the indicator that it was low came on the next day. There was also black grease left on the outside and inside of the drivers door.

I brought my car in to have the check engine light turned off so I can start my car at 7 a.m. in the winter to warm it before going to work. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and the car wasn't ready until 1:30 p.m., so I sat in the waiting area for 3 1/2 hours. For replacing a purge valve ($64.72) I was charged $370.27. It says they did a courtesy vehicle wash (not true) and a 27 point inspection, topped fluids, etc. etc. (doubtful). On the way home I discovered the - - - - check engine light is still on! Plus now there is something definitely wrong. Instead of idling when at a stop light, the car was bouncing up and down--very scary.

I have purchased several vehicles from Coughlin. They always treat you fair and their service department has done a great job since they first came to town.

Every time I come to the dealership for service, I always have great service. Kent is very helpful in getting me into the garage for service that i need on my car. Wes the mechanic who usually works on my car is very helpful in letting me know exactly what needs to be done on my car. Also, if I need parts Tommy is great in ordering what I need for my car. I will always come to Coughlin for my service.

Gabby was very friendly and easy to work and talk with. She did a thorough walk through of the new vehicle with all its features. She also informed me of a work related discount I was eligible for that I didn’t even realize. Absolutely satisfied with the professionalism and ease of buying my new truck. Workmanship was good but I thought the communication was bad. Had my vehicle from Monday to the followng tuesday and never got a call about when it might be done.

Well for one it left a little better. Used oil on top of the transmission where they changed the filter. Had oil over the oil filter cap that holds the filter in and I smelled oil going down the road from where it was leaking from the fill cap where they didn't wipe it off

Jo Coleman was our salesman and he did an excellent job at getting us what we wanted.

Checked my spare noting that it only had 8 lbs of air.

Took my car there October 28th for an oil leak and a diagnostic on a noise in the front end. Took until December 4th for the oil leak. After that my car was kept until January 5th for the front end noise. They did not fix the front end noise. So they took my diagnostic fee deductible fee and oil dye fee but still didnt fix the problem.

It was a very good experience. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The transaction was very easy.

They are very professional and treat you like your the only costume they have.

Everything went well, changed oil rotated tires and 27 point inspection top off fluids checked for any codes or recalls.. Deal of the month at $69.95 plus tax.

Easy to schedule, service performed in short time!

My appointment was at 14:00 but we arrived around 13:30 and my wife and I decided to go eat at a local restaurant. We returned around 15:00 and the Service tech said he believed we were all ready to go, I walked over to my truck then back to the tech and said my truck hasn’t moved an inch since I dropped it off. After a few minutes he confirmed that it in fact was not done and I would have to wait. That is NOT a very professional way to conduct business.

I scheduled three jobs (belt, brakes, alignment) and only two got completed. They had my car for over a day because I dropped it off the night before (they said they needed it for a full day). I went to pick it up and one task (the alignment wasn’t completed. While there was a conversation about whether or not I would have them do the alignment, when I dropped it off, I specifically said to please complete the alignment. There was a communication error on their part because it never got done. It was very frustrating to be told it didn’t get done and they wouldn’t have time to complete it then (an hour before closing). The excuse was that my task manager wasn’t in that day, so they didn’t know what to do?! A poor excuse for someone not picking up to phone to call me to clarify if there was any doubt as to what to do! Especially since I TOLD them I wanted it done AND it was on the paperwork they gave me to be done!! Not very professional in my opinion. Other than the frustration surrounding that because now I have to schedule another visit (I live 45 min away from the dealer and will have to go down to one vehicle again), the service itself seems to be high quality.

I have a suburban that was on recall list they did oil change and testing on engine per gm guidelines now they are charging me more for oil changes for a problem GM created by allowing all those motors to be put in vehicles knowing there was a fault . GM should cover the cost of the difference or apply discount for those with the recall vehicles.

Took car in for oil change Told tech a light was on to check blinker. Was told they was to busy to get to it. We was told car needed breaks. We approved for them to fix it. Got car back with breaks undone.

We had issues with our brand new 2026 Buick encore gx st they looked at issue made it worse I tried to call 32 times and no answers the phone purposely ignoring me !!! Until I had to contact a employee that works there by his personal phone!!!!! All they had to do was un plug a fuse until the new part showed up !

Owned the truck for 2 months had a front facing camera issue, cluster issue, crack in the radiator and a glow plug that was bad. Took 2 months to get items fixed maybe drove the truck 50 miles and already have a check engine light on for the same glow plug saying the incorrect one was installed

There have been a series of intermittent issues that began shortly after I bought the truck more than a year ago. It has only been a few days since this visit, but issues seem to have been resolved. The truck's systems are more stable than they have been for several months.

They were very timely on getting my SUV in for service. Nice nice man that signed me in. The lady that checked me out was good too. I will go back.

Might be a 5, but I'll have to wait and see if my truck stays reliable. Also, since I just bought the Silverado a couple months before the repair (torque converter), I suggest at least a 3 month warranty on used vehicles. I appreciate the fact that I only paid half but a truck with only 55,000 miles shouldn't break and if it does, it should be covered.

I brought truck in for an alignment. Pretty sure the truck was not test driven afterwards. When leaving the alignment was worse than when I brought it in. Had to call back, and now have to bring truck in again at a later date to have alignment done again. Also had an issue with the Brake Pad Life system needing serviced. Left with no real answer if the issue can be fixed, not fixed. Nothing was resolved with that issue.

I was suppose to have all my fluids topped and that didn’t happen and supposed to be inspected I can’t say forsure if they do that or not but I got in my truck after a oil change and tire rotation and had oil all over my steering wheel really thinking about finding another place to take my business

Joey was friendly and helpful! My husband has bought numerous vehicles from Joey over the years. Both he & finance were more than happy to stay after hours on a Saturday to make sure we left with our new Traverse that night. Couldn’t be more appreciative of their time and kindness

Salesman was awesome. First brand new car since 1996. Excited about the new vehicle. The salesman explained the features and technology of the new world of the automobile. The salesman joked that with our credit scores we could buy three new cars that day.

I purchased a used 2017 Chevrolet 2500HD and wanted it looked over and all of the fluids and filters changed. I had a short list of issues to be dealt with. The person who I scheduled my appointment with was fantastic and when I received the email appointment confirmation ever issue I had mentioned was on there. What I was told would take a single morning ended up taking 5 days. That was OK as I was in no real hurry....but I was the one who had to reach out to check the status of the service. Once I did get the truck back I found that a few of the issues were either not done...or was told that they could not figure out how to fix the issue (How could the manufacturer of the truck not know how to repair a back seat that was stuck in the up position). I truly want to like Coughlin Chevrolet....there Ford dealership in Circleville, Ohio has been fantastic in the past. I've was told twice that they would contact me the next business day only to have to call them the day after the next day. I still have service issues that were not taken care of....issues that I'm sure that I paid for in labor cost at the very least. I do like the new/used truck....first Chevy I've ever owned...but I do rely on the local dealership to do a large part of the servicing and any modifications that are needed. I do appreciate the opportunity to express my opinion....thank you for your time.

We had splash guards installed on our new GMC Terrain. Although it took a little longer than expected the guards were put on correctly.

Folks were nice, got it done earlier than expected, was told I would get a courtesy wash, but did not. Also had what appeared to be grease or oil smeared over my driver side floorboard which I had to clean up.
